At The Service Dog Team Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality dog training services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Our trainers work diligently to ensure every dog and handler receives the support, tools, and guidance necessary to succeed. However, as with all training involving live animals, results may vary from one dog to another.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Service Dog Team Academy maintains a strict no refund policy on all training services, including but not limited to private sessions, group classes, board-and-train programs, evaluations, and consultation fees. By enrolling in any of our training programs or services, clients acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Expectations and Outcomes

Our team makes every reasonable effort to help clients achieve their training goals. We use proven positive reinforcement techniques and customize our approach to fit each dog’s learning style and behavior. However, it is important to understand that dogs are living beings with individual personalities, histories, and temperaments. As such, no guarantees can be made regarding specific training outcomes or behavioral results.

Client Responsibility

Successful training requires consistency, patience, and reinforcement from the dog’s handler(s) outside of formal sessions. Client participation, follow-through, and home environment play a critical role in a dog’s progress. The Service Dog Team Academy is not liable for a lack of results due to inconsistent training at home or external factors beyond our control.
